Planned Maintenance

During planned maintenance visits, engineers may notice the build up of fat, oil and grease in the pipework of sites. If this is an issue, it will typically become apparent when testing the flow rate of water through the pipework – which is carried out to establish the condition of the pipework, prior to any jetting work commencing.

In instances where there is a problem, provided the engineer has the relevant parts & equipment on hand, they will contact RGR’s head office, who will seek approval from the client for the work to be carried out. The engineer can then complete the drainage work alongside the service - saving the site from having to make an additional call out, and the engineer having to make a return visit.
