How fast can RGR attend a call out?

RGR Facilities have a variety of attendance speeds for drainage & grease trap call outs, depending on the requirements of the client. Typically, call outs will be scheduled to be attended within 2-5 days of receipt of the call. However, in the case of emergencies, as drainage issues often are, RGR also offer an emergency call out service, with the option for an engineer to attend either within 24 hours of the call being received, or if the work is particularly urgent, within 4.

Although RGR’s engineers carry generic parts stock in their vans, some uncommon, specialist or large parts may require ordering before they can be repaired or replaced.
