Booking and renewing a service contract
RGR offer bespoke service contracts to any site for whom we have installed a grease trap. These will be planned based on information we have obtained about your site, whether through surveys, or discussions with site contacts. RGR Facilities always try to offer the best value for money on service & maintenance contracts, with the aim of minimising the need for expensive and disruptive call outs when things go wrong.
If you have not ordered your grease trap from RGR, have purchased a grease trap, but declined a service contract, or simply wish to include more sites onto a pre-existing service contract, you can arrange for one to be established or updated at any time by calling RGR’s office on 020-7221-6094, or by emailing email@example.com.
While RGR’s service contracts typically last for just one year, RGR are happy to accommodate your grease management needs, and many of our clients have requested grease trap service contracts spanning several years instead. In the run up to the expiry of the contract, RGR Facilities will send a reminder that the service contract is on the verge of completion, providing the option to either renew or terminate the contract. As a client, all you need do is accept or decline.
