How much space do I need?

The space required to install a grease trap is contingent upon what unit has been specified.

Typically, RGR Facilities deal with units that will fit under-sink, meaning they are unobtrusive, easy to locate and rarely run into insurmountable issues with space.

While it is common to need to remove the shelving of a sink unit, replacing it with support brackets in order to provide the necessary height for the specified grease trap to fit, - and to allow the lid on top to be fully accessible for servicing - for most sites, this will be the extent of space related issues they face.

Industrial units are typically located externally, or in the basement, picking up the waste from the kitchen.
